Arrests after drugs valued at £14,000 recovered in Aberdeen

Two men, aged 25 and 52, have been arrested and charged following the recovery of heroin and crack cocaine with an estimated street value of £14,000 in Aberdeen.

The recovery took place in the Ellon Road area of the city around 12.15pm on Wednesday, 14 January, 2026.

The two men are expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday, 15 January, 2026.

Detective Constable Nick Bowyer said: “This recovery highlights our commitment to tackling dangerous and illegal drugs in our local communities.

"We are determined to protect the public from this harmful criminality by disrupting the drugs trade and preventing their manufacture and distribution.
