Appeal to trace Paul Hughes, 58, missing from Kinloss

Officers are appealing for the help of the public to trace a man missing in Kinloss.

Paul Hughes, 58, was last seen in the Blackstob Way area around 7.20am on Monday, 19 January, 2026.

He is described as being of stocky build, 5ft 8ins, with dark hair and green eyes.

Paul is possibly wearing a black jacket, black trousers and grey/brown trainers.

Sergeant Sarah Dawson said: “Concerns for Paul are growing, and enquiries are ongoing to trace him.

“We are asking anyone who may have seen Paul or who has information on his whereabouts to please get in touch with us.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 2342 of 19 January.
