Appeal to help trace two girls reported missing from Alexandria

Police Scotland is appealing for the help of the public to trace two girls who are reported missing from Alexandria.

Naomi Doran, 17, and Aimee Ivatt, 15, were last seen in the Alexandria area around 9.30pm on Friday, 16 January, 2026.

Following enquiries, officers believe they are together and may have travelled to Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. They also have links to the Paisley area.

Naomi is described as around 5ft 2 in height, of medium build with long brown hair. When last seen, she was wearing a white/grey hooded jumper and blue jeans.

Aimee is described as around 5ft 2 in height, of medium build with long red/auburn hair. When last seen, she was wearing a black body warmer, and possibly a black puffer jacket and blue ripped jeans.

Inspector Ross Mooney said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Naomi and Aimee’s welfare and we are carrying out extensive enquiries to trace them.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have seen them or who has any information on their whereabouts to please contact us as soon as possible.”
