Appeal for information following Lincoln Avenue, Glasgow collision

Road policing officers are appealing for information after a woman was injured in a crash in Glasgow.

Around 7.30pm on Saturday, 24 January, 2026, police received a report of a crash involving a female pedestrian and a grey coloured Peugeot 208 on Lincoln Avenue at its junction with Embo Drive.

Emergency services attended and the 41-year-old woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The driver of the car was uninjured.

The road was closed to allow for collision investigation to take place.

Sergeant Neal Galbraith said: "I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch with us. I'd also like to ask any motorists with dash cam to check their footage as it could assist us in our ongoing enquiries."
