Appeal for information following dangerous driving in Buckie and Keith

Officers in Buckie are appealing for information following a report of a car being driven dangerously in the South Land Street area.

The incident happened around 1.40pm on Thursday, 18 September, 2025, and involved a blue BMW 1 series. The car was later seen being driven dangerously in nearby Keith.

The car has been seized, however enquiries are ongoing to trace the driver.

Sergeant Chris Bain of Buckie Police station said: “The safety of road users and pedestrians is of utmost importance and reports of dangerous driving are taken seriously.

“I would urge anyone with any information to please contact us.”

Anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV footage, or any other information, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 1636 of Thursday, 18 September.
