Appeal following road crash on South Anderson Drive, Aberdeen

Road Policing officers are appealing for information after a crash in Aberdeen on Thursday, 11 September, 2025.

Around 1.05pm, officers were called to South Anderson Drive at its junction with Newlands Crescent, following the crash involving a Vauxhall Astra, Volkswagen T-Roc and Audi A3.

The 67-year-old female driver of the Volkswagen later attended Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where hospital staff describe her condition as critical.

No-one else required medical treatment.

Sergeant Peter Henderson said: "Our enquiries are continuing and I would urge any witnesses to the crash, or anyone in the area at the time with information or dashcam footage which could be relevant to please contact us."
