Appeal following fatal crash on A832
Road policing officers are appealing for information following a fatal crash on the A832.
The crash happened around 3.10pm on Thursday, 11 September, 2025 between Inverewe viewport and Tournaig and involved a white Triumph Tiger motorcycle and silver colour Ford Transit camper van.
His next of kin have been informed.
The 59-year-old male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the camper van were not injured.
Sergeant Ewan Calder said: “Our inquiries are continuing to understand the full circumstances of what happened. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the motorcyclist who died.
“I would ask anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or who may have dash-cam footage, and has not yet spoken to or provided this information to officers, to contact us as soon as possible.
“The road re-opened at 9.45pm same date. I want to thank members of the public for their patience while we investigated this serious crash.”
