Robbery at Lomondgate Services Dumbarton
Detectives are appealing for information following a robbery in Dumbarton on Thursday, 9 October, 2025.
Around 12.55am, a man entered a shop in the Lomondgate Services area and threatened a member of staff, demanding money from the till. Following the incident, he headed off in the direction of Bellsmyre.
The member of staff was uninjured in the incident.
The suspect is white, around 5ft 9 inches in height, medium build. He was wearing a black coloured football top with orange stripes down one sleeve and green stripes down the other, black jogging trousers, a grey beanie hat and wearing a black snood or face covering.
Detective Inspector Pamela Grant said: “We will continue to review relevant CCTV footage from in and around the area for additional information, however, I am appealing to anyone with dash cam or recording equipment to view their footage and pass any relevant images to us.”
