Appeal after crash involving motorbike and car in Aberdeenshire
Road policing officers are appealing for witnesses after a crash on the A96 in Aberdeenshire.
Around 12.50pm on Sunday, 5 October, 2025, we received a report of a two vehicle crash on the A96 at Blackhall Roundabout, Inverurie, involving a black Suzuki motorcycle and a blue Ford Fiesta.
As a result of the collision the 55-year-old male rider of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries. He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment and later discharged.
Constable Liam Mercer, from the North East Road Policing Unit said “At the time of the collision the area was busy with other road users.
"I am asking for anyone that may have witnessed the incident, or has dashcam footage, to come forward and contact us on 101 quoting incident number 1505 of 5 October 2025.”
