Public thanked for assistance after report of serious sexual assault
Officers investigating a report of serious sexual assault in Loch Lomond National Park want to thank the public for coming forward following an appeal for information.
The incident was reported to have taken place in Luss around 1am on Saturday, 27 September, 2025.
All lines of inquiry have now been completed following a comprehensive investigation and there will be no further police action.
Detective Inspector Julie Clisby said: “We want to thank all of those who came forward with information and we are content that no sexual crime has occurred.
“Anyone who has been a victim of sexual crime can always contact police, we take every report seriously and will investigate thoroughly."
