Man arrested and charged following disturbance in Aberdeen

A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance in Aberdeen.

The incident happened on Eric Hendrie Park, Deveron Road, on Sunday, 27 July, 2025.

A 51-year-old man was taken to hospital and his XL Bully died following the incident.

The 40-year-old man was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 21 October, 2025.
