Appeal for information following dangerous driving in Dumfries

Roads Policing officers are appealing for information after being made aware of a video showing dangerous driving practices in Dumfries.

The video shows a black Audi S3 and a blue Volkswagen Golf R driving at excessive speeds within Heathhall Industrial Estate.

Constable Christopher Wrightman said: "This is a reckless and dangerous practice and extensive enquiries are currently ongoing to find those responsible.

"Additional patrols will be in the area and anyone that witnesses this behaviour should contact the police.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting reference CR/0447669/25. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
