Woman arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder and robbery in Aberdeen

A woman has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder and robbery in Aberdeen.

Around 4.45am on Saturday, 22 November, 2025, we were called to a report of a disturbance in the Marquis Road area of the city.

Emergency services attended and a 33-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.

A 36-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, 24 November, 2025.

Detective Sergeant Niall Mullen said: “This was an isolated incident and there is no wider risk to the public.

"We ask anyone who may have been in the area at the time and hasn’t already spoken to police, to contact us if you have any information.”
