Two people arrested and charged following disturbance in Edinburgh

Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance in Edinburgh.

The incident happened around 7.20pm on Monday, 13 October, 2025, on Princes Street.

Officers attended following a report however there was no trace of anyone in the area and there were no injuries.

Following enquiries, an 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged and will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date. A 15-year-old male youth was also arrested and charged and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
