Serious crash on Clackmannan Road, Alloa

Road Policing officers are appealing for information following a serious crash in Alloa.

The incident happening around 10.35am on Thursday, 6 November, 2025 on Clackmannan Road. It involved a grey Audi Q5, a grey Peugeot and a blue Audi Q3.

Emergency services attended, and an 81-year-old man was taken to Forth Valley Hospital.

The road was closed to allow for investigations to be carried out and re-opened around 2.50pm.

Sergeant Vincent Lynch said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash and has not already spoken to officers to come forward.

“Enquiries are ongoing into the cause of the crash, however, one line of enquiry is that one of the drivers had taken ill.

“We would ask anyone with dash-cam footage to review this and see if it has captured anything that could assist with our investigation.”
