Appeal for information on robbery in Rutherglen
Detectives are appealing for information after a man was robbed in Rutherglen.
The incident happened around 7pm on Saturday, 15 November, 2025, on Curtis Avenue. A 33-year-old man was assaulted and a quantity of money was taken.
The suspect is described as white, around 5ft 5in tall, around 25-years-old, of medium build, and bald. He was wearing a grey tracksuit, black body warmer, and a black skip cap.
Detective Constable Ross Burgess said: “This was a violent attack which left the victim with injuries, and it is vital we trace the individual responsible.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to please come forward.
“In particular, we would like to hear from anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage which could be of significance to the investigation.
