Appeal for information following theft from vehicle in Peebles

Officers are appealing for information following a theft from a vehicle in Peebles.

The incident happened between 8pm on Monday, 17 November and 7.10am on Tuesday, 18 November, 2025, on George Street.

A number of tools were taken from a van.

Constable Scott Horsfall said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the theft to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage of the area to come forward.”
