Appeal for information following crash on A859, Borve, Isle of Harris

Officers are appealing for information following a crash on the A859 in Borve, Isle of Harris.

The crash happened around 4.35pm on Saturday, 15 November, 2025, and involved a green Suzuki quad bike.

The driver, a 54-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment.

Sergeant Doug Scott from the Road Policing Unit said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage of the A859 to come forward.”
