Appeal following serious assault in Craigneuk
Officers are appealing for information following a serious assault in Lanarkshire.
Around 11am on Wednesday, 12 November, 2025, a 34-year-old man was assaulted by three men on Glencairn Avenue, Craigneuk.
He was taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries, and officers are treating the incident as attempted murder.
Detective Constable Peter King said: “This was a violent attack which left the victim seriously injured.
“Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I am asking anyone who was in the area at the time to get in touch.
“Similarly, anyone with private CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage that could assist our enquiry is urged to contact us.”
