Second man charged following Fairways Business Park fire

A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a wilful fire-raising at Fairways Business Park, Inverness.

The incident occurred shortly before midnight on Saturday, 8 March, 2025.

The 38-year-old man is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Thursday, 8 May. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A 34-year-old man was previously arrested and charged in connection with this incident and appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday, 5 May 2025.
