Man charged following wilful fireraising in Inverness

A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a wilful fireraising at Fairways Business Park, Inverness.

The incident occurred shortly before midnight on Saturday, 8 March, 2025.

The 34-year-old man is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday, 5 May, 2025. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Detective Inspector Caroline MacKay said: “As the investigation into this fire continues, we would like to thank the local community for their co-operation and support while we carry out our enquiries.”
