Appeal for information after vehicle set on fire in South Lanarkshire
Detectives are appealing for information after a vehicle was set on fire in Ashgill near Larkhall.
Around 3.20am on Saturday, 10 May, 2025, we received a report of a car on fire on Rosslyn Road. Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
There were no injuries and the fire is being treated as wilful.
Detective Constable Ross Meldrum from Lanarkshire CID said: "We are appealing to anyone that may have saw anything suspicious that night to get in touch.
"Anyone with doorbell or dash-cam footage should check to see if they have captured anything.
