Appeal for information following fatal crash in Dyce
Road policing officers are appealing for information following a fatal crash on Dyce Drive near to Upper Kirkton, Dyce, Aberdeen.
The incident happened around 10.45pm on Thursday, 15 May, 2025, and involved a black Citroen C1 car and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 34-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are no other reported injuries.
The road was closed for investigations and reopened around 10.15am on Friday 16 May.
Sergeant Sarah Ritchie said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has died at this difficult time.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
“We also ask anyone driving in the area at the time to check if they have dash-cam footage that can help with our investigation.”
