Appeal following serious assault in Cowie

Police in Forth Valley are appealing for information following a serious assault in Cowie.

Around 8.35pm on Saturday, 10 May, officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the Main Street area of the village.

A 25-year-old man attended hospital for treatment to serious injuries and was later discharged.

Detective Constable Chris Hemm said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

“If you were in the area at the time or have any details that could assist our investigation, please get in touch.”
