Appeal following robbery at a premises in Hurlford
Detectives are appealing for information following a robbery at a premises in Hurlford.
Around 9.55pm on Sunday, 25 May, 2025, a man entered a business premises on Blair Avenue, Hurlford and threatened staff before making off with a three figure sum of money.
The man is described as being between 20 and 30 years of age, with dark hair and facial hair. He was wearing an all grey tracksuit with white emblems and grey trainers.
Detective Constable Debbie Johnstone said: “Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of this incident but staff were left understandably shaken.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or a man matching this description in the area to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time to get in touch if they have any dash cam or private CCTV footage which could assist us.”
