Appeal following crash on A85, Crief to Comrie road

Road Policing officers in Tayside are appealing for witnesses following a crash between a car and a motorcycle on the A85, Crieff to Comrie road.

The collision happened around 11.25am on Sunday, 11 May near West Lodge Estate and involved a grey Ford Focus car and a white Triumph motorcycle.

The 42 year-old male rider of the motorcycle was taken to Ninewells Hospital by air ambulance where he is described as being in a serious but stable condition.

The occupants of the Ford Focus were uninjured.

Constable Joel Wildman, of Perth Road Policing Unit, said: "We are keen to hear from any road users that may have witnessed the crash or saw the vehicles involved prior to the collision.

"Anyone with information or dash-cam footage should contact 101, quoting reference 1308 of May 11, 2025."
