Teenagers charged in connection with vehicle theft in Arbroath

Two teenagers have been charged in connection with the theft of a vehicle in Arbroath.

Officers were called to Brechin Road around 6.55am on Tuesday, 17 June, 2025, and the car was recovered nearby a short time later.

A 13-year-old male was charged and a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities.

An 18-year-old male was later arrested in Aberdeen in connection with the incident and also charged. He is due to appear in court at a later date and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
