Appeal after cyclist knocked from bike in Eaglesham

​Officers are appealing for information after a cyclist was knocked off his bike in Eaglesham.

Around 11.20am on Sunday, 15 June we received a report of a crash involving a car and bicycle at Belle Craig Roundabout, Glasgow Road.

The car then left the scene.

The 43-year-old male cyclist was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

Constable Alex Johnston, Glasgow Road Traffic Policing Unit, said: "We are keen to trace to the driver involved and would ask anyone with information to contact us.

"If you were in the area at that time, check your dash-cam footage and see if you captured anything that could help our investigation."
