Man charged following crash on A96

A 37-year-old man has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence following a crash on the A96 between Elgin and Alves.

Around 1pm on Tuesday, 20 May, 2025, we were made aware of a crash involving a bus and a van.

Emergency services attended, and three people between the ages of 37 and 60 were taken to Dr Grays Hospital in Elgin for treatment.

The 37-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
