Appeal for information following a fire at Fleming Gardens East, Dundee

Officers are appealing for information following a report of a wilful fire in Dundee.

Around 8.45am on Thursday, 5 June 2025 a fire was discovered within a common close on Fleming Gardens East.

The fire was extinguished by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. There were no reports of any injuries.

Detective Constable Mentiply of CID said: “The fire is being treated as suspicious and our enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0728 of Thursday, 5 June 2025."
