Appeal following two wilful fire-raisings in Larkhall
Detectives are appealing for information following two wilful fire-raising incidents in Larkhall.
The first incident happened around 11.30pm on Sunday, 1 June, at a premises on Union Street.
The second incident took place around 11.40pm on Monday, 2 June, at the same premises.
The incidents are being treated as linked and enquiries are ongoing.
Detective Constable Ross Kirkland said: “We are treating these fires as deliberate and would urge anyone who saw anything suspicious or has information that could assist our enquiries to get in touch.
“We’re also looking to establish more details about a dark-coloured SUV-style vehicle seen in the area around the time of the second fire and would encourage anyone with information to contact us.”
