Man arrested after disturbance in Cross Street, Glaston

A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a disturbance at a a property in Galston. 
Around 8.05am on Saturday, 28 June, 2025 we received a report of a 55-year-old man having been injured in Cross Street.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and enquiries are ongoing.
Officers attended at the property where there was a subsequent disturbance involving a second man.
The 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the disturbance and enquiries are ongoing.
Officers will remain in the area while the investigation continues and and anyone with concerns can approach them.
