Woman charged in connection with death of Johnson Ewere in Glasgow

A 35-year-old woman arrested in connection with the death of a 40-year-old man in Glasgow has now been charged.

Around 10.25pm on Sunday, 29 June, 2025, officers were called to a property in the Charles Street area.

Emergency services attended and the body of a 40-year-old man was discovered. He has been named as Johnson Ewere.

The woman is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 3 July, 2025.
