Two more arrests following the death of Robert Best in Inverclyde
Officers investigating the murder of Robert Best in Inverclyde have arrested a further two men.
A 36-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the death. He is due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Thursday, 18 December, 2025.
A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with attempting to pervert the course of justice. He is due to appear in court at a later date.
Two men, aged 44 and 51, and two women aged, 41 and 64, were previously arrested and charged in connection with the investigation and have appeared in court.
Enquiries are ongoing.
