Reappeal for Jason Fraser Anderson missing from Catrine

We are reappealing for the assistance of the public in tracing 33-year-old Jason Fraser Anderson who was last seen in Catrine around 6pm on Friday, 12 December, 2025.

He is described as 5ft 7ins and of medium build with short fair-coloured hair.

Inspector Deans said: “We are extremely concerned for Jason’s welfare and we are keen to find him as soon as possible to ensure that he is safe and well.

“Extensive searches and enquiries are being carried out to trace him and establish his movements since he was last seen.

“If anyone has seen Jason since Friday, 12 December, 2025 please contact us. We ask those living in the Catrine area to please check their doorbell or dashcam footage and contact us if it holds anything which could be relevant to our investigation. We also urge people who live in and around the Catrine area to please check their gardens, outbuildings and sheds in case he has taken shelter there.

“Anyone with information on Jason’s whereabouts should contact Police Scotland through 101 quoting incident number 0991 of 18 December, 2025.

“We also ask Jason, if he sees this appeal to contact us and let us know he is safe.”
