Man arrested and charged following death in Strathspey Place, Inverness
A 52-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 32-year-old man at a house in Strathspey Place, Inverness.
He is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday, 8 December, 2025.
Emergency services were called to the property around 8.30am on Thursday, 4 December, and the 32-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detective Inspector Caroline MacKay said: “Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the deceased at this time, and we’d like to thank the local community for their assistance and patience as enquiries have been carried out.
“This was a contained incident and there is no further risk to the public. Additional patrols remain ongoing in the area to provide reassurance and anyone with concerns should speak to officers.”
