Drugs estimated to be worth up to £100,000 recovered in Paisley

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a drugs recovery estimated to be worth up to £100,000 in Paisley.

Around 2pm on Thursday, 27 November, 2025, officers executed a warrant at a property on Laighpark View, Paisley.

A quantity of Cannabis, with an estimated value of £100,000 was recovered within.

A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection and appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, 28 November, 2025.

Sergeant Stuart Byers of the Priority Policing Team said: “This recovery highlights our commitment to tackling dangerous and illegal drugs in our local communities.

"Information from the public is crucial. We will continue to act on information we receive and would ask anyone with information or concerns to call us on 101 or contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
