Appeal for information following wilful vehicle fire in Clydebank

Detectives are appealing for information following a wilful vehicle fire in Clydebank.

The incident happened around 12.30am on Monday, 29 December, 2025, on Granville Street, when a black MG car was set on fire.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Detective Constable Andrew Baldacci said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the fire to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with private CCTV of Granville Street overnight to come forward.”
