Appeal for information following hit and run in Dundee
Officers are appealing for information following a hit and run in Dundee.
Around 11.35pm on Thursday, 4 December, a 25-year-old man was struck by a vehicle on the Kingsway near the roundabout junction with Myrekirk Road.
Emergency services attended and the man was taken to Ninewells Hospital to be treated for serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.
The vehicle did not stop at the scene, and it is described as either a grey or blue hatchback style car.
Sergeant Paul Hardie said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and we are keen to trace the driver of the vehicle involved.
“I am asking anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed what happened to get in touch with us. Any drivers with dash-cam footage which may assist our enquiries is also asked to contact us.”
