Appeal after man seriously assaulted in Perth

Police in Perth are appealing for information following a serious assault in the Marlee Road area.

The incident took place near to Rannoch Road, around 10.15pm on Wednesday, 17 December, 2025.

The victim, a 21-year-old man, is believed to have exited his vehicle and been attacked by three men. He was later taken to Perth Royal Infirmary for treatment.

The suspects are described as white men, wearing all black clothing, and they left the area in a small red hatchback car, which had been parked at the junction of Marlee Road and Dalreoch Place.

Detective Inspector Simon Murray said: “We are appealing for anyone with information on this attack to please come forward.

“We are particularly interested to hear from anyone in the area with potential CCTV or dashcam footage, which may have captured the incident or the individuals and vehicles involved.
