Woman who died in A9 crash named
The 29-year-old woman who died in a fatal crash on the A9 near Invergordon can be named as Emma Foster.
Around 2am on Wednesday, 30 July, 2025, we received a report of a single vehicle crash near Lower Tullich involving a white Kia Sportage.
Emergency services attended, and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injured parties.
Her family are aware and are being supported by specialist officers.
Sergeant Kate Finlayson from Dingwall Road Policing said: “Our thoughts remain with Emma’s family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
“I would again appeal to anyone with information to come forward. We are keen to speak to those who were driving in the area at the time, especially if you have dash-cam footage that could assist with our enquiries."
