Multi-year pay deal agreed for police officers in Scotland
A two-year pay deal for police officers in Scotland from 2025-2027 has been agreed.
The agreement will see police officers receive a 4% pay increase from April 2025 to March 2026 followed by a further 3.5% increase from April 2026 to March 2027. The same uplift applies to a range of allowances and expenses for officers.
Chief Constable Jo Farrell said: “I want to thank our police officers for the hard work and skill they demonstrate every day to deliver for our communities.
“I’m grateful to the Scottish Police Federation and everyone involved in reaching this agreement.”
More details about the agreement can be found on the Scottish Police Authority website.
