Appeal after five figure sum taken from house in Clydebank
Detectives are appealing for information following a theft from a property in Clydebank.
Between 12pm and 3pm on Wednesday, 20 August, 2025 a safe in the house in Holly Street was accessed and a five figured sum of cash was taken.
Enquiries are ongoing and detectives are keen to trace a grey 4x4 vehicle seen in the area around that time.
Detective Constable Leona Meek said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace those responsible, and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area or has any information that could assist to contact us.
“We would also ask anyone with dash-cam or private CCTV to check their footage from Wednesday and get in touch if they have captured anything that could assist our investigation.”
