Appeal for information following serious assault in Aberdeen
Officers in Aberdeen are carrying out extensive enquiries into the serious assault of a 26-year-old man, which took place in the Gairsay Court area on Monday, 21 July, 2025.
The incident happened around 9.30pm and the man attended Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
One man was arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries, which remain ongoing.
Constable Paul Hay said: “This was a concerning incident, which took place in a public place, and we are appealing for any further witnesses to come forward.
“Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident 3728 of 21 July. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
