Appeal following fire on Stanley Street, Glasgow
Detectives are appealing for information following a wilful fire-raising in Glasgow.
Officers received a report of a fire on Stanley Street around 7.10am on Thursday, 31 July, 2025.
Emergency services attended and the fire was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. No injuries were reported.
All roads have now re-opened.
Detective Inspector Lesley-Ann McGee said: “Our enquiries remain ongoing, and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have seen something to get in touch.
“I would ask that those who live in the surrounding area check their private CCTV and dash-cam footage to see if it has captured anything of significance.”
