Appeal following fire at building in Larkhall
Officers are appealing for information following a wilful fire-raising in Larkhall.
Around 8.50pm on Thursday, 21 August, 2025, officers were called to a report of a fire at a disused building on Donaldson Road.
There were no reports of injuries, and the fire is being treated as deliberate.
Officers have since received further reports of people entering the building around 6pm on Friday, 22 August and around 8.20pm on Sunday, 24 August.
Sergeant Stewart McDonald said: “Our enquiries are ongoing, and I am asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the fire who witnessed what happened to get in touch.
“I also want to make it clear that antisocial behaviour of this nature will not be tolerated in our community.”
