Man arrested after robbery at Glasgow shop

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a robbery at a shop in Glasgow.

Around 9.05pm on Saturday, 16 August, 2025 we received a report of an assault and robbery at a premises in Hawthorn Street.

A 24-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

The 31-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 25 August, 2025.
