Two men arrested in connection with drugs in Larkhall
Two men have been arrested following an operation in Larkhall on Tuesday, 22 April, 2025.
Around 7.30pm, officers acting under warrant, entered a house in Glen Avenue, and recovered a large quantity of pills, believed to be Etizolam.
The drugs have an estimated street value of £70,000. Officers also seized drug making equipment.
Two men, aged 34 and 38, have been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery. They are due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, 24 April 2025.
Detective Superintendent Steven Elliott said: "Combatting drugs remains a high priority for us. This recovery is another example of our continuing work in support of Scotland's Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
