Two men arrested and charged after drugs worth £405,000 recovered in Carluke
Two men, aged 49 and 51, have been arrested and charged after cannabis was recovered in Carluke.
On Wednesday, 9 April, 2025, officers searched a premises on Chapel Street. The drugs, with an estimated value of £405,000, were recovered.
The men were due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Thursday, 10 April, 2025.
Detective Inspector Scott Robertson said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to bringing those responsible for the supply and sale of illegal substances to justice.
“This result underscores our commitment to the Serious and Organised Crime Taskforce and highlights our efforts to disrupt the activities of those involved.
