Three men arrested and charged after cannabis cultivations found in Aberdeen
Three men have been arrested and charged after cannabis cultivations were found in Aberdeen.
On Sunday, 20 April, 2025, a cultivation was found at a property on Fonthill Road. A 29-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection and was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 22 April, 2025.
On Monday, 21 April, 2025, a cannabis cultivation was found at a property on Union Grove. Two men, aged 31 and 23, were arrested and charged in connection. They were due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 22 April, 2025.
The cannabis recovered has a total estimated value of around £266,000.
Detective Constable Lynsey Hellings said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and we are committed to removing them from our streets.
“Seizures such as this show our commitment nationally to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
